Instructions:

Use scissors to trim NurseFeetTM insole to size of footbed in your work shoes currently. Place insole in your oven preheated to 200 degrees fahrenheit for 2 minutes. Immediately place in work shoes and stand still in shoes for ten minutes or until cool. You now have custom molded support.
